Cerberus Trifecta - Cerb v2 newbe build

once you download those two and you connect to your fc, give it a few mins to install your drivers, dont touch anything untill your gfu opens up. This is where a lot of people make mistakes

so got the two files loaded.. then got and pointed at the .hex for pico (betaflight_3.2.0_PIKOBLX.hex)
cp210x and stm esb drivers are installed.
still can't connect and getting "no response from boot loader, programming: failed"

what am i missing?

this is 20 steps to frustrating. race flight was easier on the mini... but need to get this fingered.

Sounds like you are using the wrong receiver protocol or something, check your ports, and receiver tabs over, make sure to hit save after changes

tried with it connected and not. i see the taranis as a joystick peripheral so its connected. ports are set like this... still nothing. went by the YouTube vid for the pico fc

it binds to the quad just fine but not showing input in betaflight. quad is fully connected in betaflight.
