I had printed a test piece of the Pocket Quads Lightspeed 2" frame. It looks cool but I need to buy some PCTPE filament to really build one. Maybe I will, I have an extra set of 1104 motors in the parts bin.
Yup, the frame is really the only part you can actually make yourself, most of the rest is assembling.....lol. Still feels awesome to assemble one and then crash it...lol
I have only used PLA, TPU, and a tiny bit of ABS. TPU has been the most useful material to me for quads. It is awesome stuff, very soft but super strong. It's expensive, but the stuff I print with it is small.
