Betaflight, what version is it?

Hi,
I have betaflight configurator 10.7.0 on my pc. But here they talk about betaflight 4.2.0
I don't get it...Is there a difference between betaflight configurator and betaflight?
please someone explain?

Yes, there is a difference between the configurator (the program to read/write/configure the BF program) and the actual BF program revision (the flight control program that runs on our FC's). Not sure how much more I can say about this except the latest configurator is 10.7.0 release and the Betaflight flight control software is at rev 4.2X.
