I have to get a new stack for my 140 frame. and just wondering if anyone knows of a good tutorial for installing the motor wires onto the 4 in 1?

Easy, just solder the 3 motor wires to the esc in any order you want, if testing shows any motor not spinning in the correct direction, reverse it in BLHeli.
wow, that is easy. I thought it would be some difficult thing.
Just make sure you understand which 3 pads belong to each motor and you should be good
