Wasn’t sure whether to mention this but, honestly, I could so use advice tailored to my situation that I thought best to be up front. Am an English volunteer learning FPVs so I can move on from volunteering and join a unit to help defend Ukraine. Got a radio master TX12 (what everyone on both sides uses here, apparently) and SkyZone Cobra. Practiced on an old Holy Stone (I know, Level mode - got bad advice) before returning to Ukraine after three months away to embark on current training - civilian first - no explosives or anything yet.
Anyone interested or wants to verify me - I wrote: r/lettersfromdonetsk on Reddit.
I need to learn about the radio side of things. I know so little I don’t even know what to ask. I have access to information here too, of course but language issues… Can anyone recommend some YouTube channels or articles for starters?
