All motors jittering, not firing normally

All 4 motors jitter/stutter when testing instead of starting up as normal. Connection to ESC seems fine, all beeps present. The method I'm using is the same method I've used to test them in the past when it was functioning.

One motor is slightly visually damaged, and the last flight I had ended in crash, so possible damage to components. Motors all feel undamaged. Plug-connections look good, and soldering looks acceptable.

I had a damaged receiver, motors were previously functioning fine. I replaced the receiver, and am now having this issue.

Look liked you are using speedbee board,
Have you reflash firmware again the ESC (better not using browser from my experience) and FC , recalibrate again?

sometimes it need to reflash firmware after clashed because of bug.
