I have a TX16S radio. What module should I get to be compatible? I'm guessing the

Team BlackSheep TBS Crossfire Micro TX V2 Starter Set​

Any gotchas? Other options? Recommendations? Why is it called a "starter set"? Is TBS Crossfire Nano a good receiver?
