Runcam sparrow showing weird characters on screen

So I've hooked up a runcam sparrow on my Realacc150 frame, and although I can see there is a picture in the background, all I see is a screen full of 'V's and some other jitter.

I have attached a picture that I took of one screen of my goggles

Please help!! Probably something stupid

Yeah it's like the OSD where you can see the image behind it, but instead of OSD info it fills the screen with this. I'm also searching for an answer but can't find anything yet

How to reset BetaFlight OSD? Showing strange characters and symbols, and font on screen?

Wayne literally 1 minute ago I fixed it. I connected to betaflight->OSD-> font manager, and selected the bold fonts, uploaded and it worked like a charm.
