I recently crashed and replaced two arms with 2 motors included on F11 Prp Ruko. All motors fire right up after repair but die immediately. Any thoughts on this?

I it had and extra wire on one arm but it fit. Contacting Ruko today about possibly being sent wrong arm. Update
