As topic I do got one SpeedyBee F405 bought in recently.
I recently had minor burnt (just a minot smoking happened) on SOT-89-3 (Model No : 8K 225) as attached on picture, Can somebody tell me more aboutsthis component is whether Transient voltage Suppressor(100%) or MoFSET.
Could someone give a link to purchase a component for replacement incase it is totally burn?
How to prevent it from in case to hapened in burning in future. FYI I got 1 6S 1350 mah with 35volt 330 capacitor attached on the end of VBAT + and -.
