What does the flight controller actually do?.....is it the item in the operator's hands to maneuver the drone...or is it a component that controls the motors so the drone travels?

I did get the M2 Controller........the more recent one with the reverse and joy stick.....that and Goggles Integra come in that combo

OK...is it as easy as you make it appear?...I have a few years on you, and I just got the Avata Explorer set up last week...I have not had a chance to take it out of the box yet...I have watched videos ad nauseam, and already overwhelmed with information ( I hope I can get everything bound) ...

Yeah...I have a good cable on it and it is the only thing connected to it....The charger will only draw whatever wattage it needs from the available source

Got the new replacement Fly More kit...and the charger recommended by @KLRSKIR ....1st battery has been charging for over 3 hours ...not done........this is a 100 watt charger...I contacted DJI and they say to buy their way overpriced charger and it will only take about 49 minutes
