Just got the package, Explorer Bundle (Avata, Remote controller 2, Integra headset) from Amazon. Crazy, the toggle (RM2) isn't working. Is there a switch for hand movement as opposed to thumb toggle working? Everything is bound through the dji assist for consumer drones.

Just curious guys. Brand new explorer bundle from Amazon. (Avata+RC2+Integra). Recorded video in the Avata, on playback freezes, then Pixelates then plays. Had DJI rep on the phone said I should change the .mpg format to .mov like the Integra headset. That doesn't make any sense. Any suggestions.
