Just wondering if anyone has had problems with their XT60 connectors?
I have replaced several and seem to be constantly spreading the pins inside the connector to keep it from causing a reboot midflight, just had that one happen and its not the first time

The only thing that seems plausible to me, other than a bad batch of connectors is...
You are ripping so hard that the current flow is heating things up and allowing the male pins in the female end to push/lean towards the center. I wonder if some kind of non conductive material could be put in the center of those pins to shoulder up against and keep them pressurized up against the batteries female sockets in the male side. Looks like something the size of a standard round toothpick would be about the best fit. If I were to run into that issue I would probably use a short piece of (guessing) 22 gauge solid copper wire with heat shrink over it to slide into the center? Just a thought from the newb :)
