why the heck are the Fatshark Dominator HD2's more than the HD3's??

That may be the case but if so, why don't we see more video on YT of higher quality FPV clips? If you could get decent 720p out of the goggles there would hardly be a need for a GoPro. I'm not disputing what you're saying, I'm just not seeing it.

I am saying the resolution is up to HD standards. The overall picture quality still has analog noise. But you can see a lot of detail still since the info is there and the noise is constantly moving around the picture.

Again, that may very well be the case but the overall quality of any of my racers is subpar when compared to what I'm getting from my Phantoms. The quaility of those, with or without the goggles, is fantastic. I have literally taken my Phantoms out almost 5 miles with very little signal degradation. It'd be spectacular to have that kind of signal on a racer!

Yup....I bought them and paid the xtra for shipping. Can't wait. I seen you're gonna get a 1200Tvl camera....I read the higher the TV the more latency in the video feed which is bad for quad flying. Let us know how they are when you pick one and install it please
