True, and you notice you have gotten no other replies. You don't say what goggles or what cables you have with it, or how you theorize it might work with your PC. There is only so many video out mechanisms, and without HDMI input to the goggles and output from the PC, I don't know how else you could accomplish this.
So what goggles do you have, and what types of video in do they have?
Yes, I think you are left with only RF composite video in, that standard is all but useless to you unless you have an old TV or other device with RF composite video output on the yellow jack. Way back in the day I tested some goggles with that by hooking up to an old DVD player to see the screens wear working correctly.
