Parallel charge question

I have 4 - 300mah 2s batteries.

Normally I charge them at .3 amps (1C) and set the charger to 2s balance charging.

I picked up a balance board that can charge 4 at once.

I think i should set the charger to 1.2 amps when charging all 4 (assuming that they are all within .1 volts). Is that correct?

Also, do i still set the charger to 2s?
