Checked out your tabs and they look similar to mine, and the TX setup process.

I had a similar issue but I bound it again and that fixed it. Try binding it again.

What is your dump version?

Here's mine (Betaflight / MATEKF411 (MK41) 4.0.6 Sep 1 2019 / 00:50:01 (2a64051a2) MSP API: 1.41)

Not when I am in BF (but connected bat when checking the motors)

Plug in a battery while in BF and see if sticks work

However, my flag is showing me "RX_FAILSAFE" I think this is what's causing this?

Hmmm. I would think that RX Failsafe means it’s not connected to the receiver.

Look at the screenshot I sent. Is RSSI set on aux 12

Hello gang,

As @Roadking suggested in #26 and after reading this How to fix RC receiver problems with Betaflight | Propwashed the transmitter finally talked to BF, only to find that when I throttle up, the drone flips over. I proceeded to calibrate the ESC and changed Yaw to 90 degrees in the Configuration tab, under “Board and Sensor Alignment” Troubleshoot: Quadcopter Flips Over Taking Off - Oscar Liang

NOW IT'S FLYING!! Finally......
