You know hv batteries only last like 10 cycles on average.

This should work out well. I can [edit: not quite] charge all 5 at 1C simultaneously.

100W/14.8V [edit: wrong! 16.8V] = 6.75 [actually 5.95A] charging amps

5x 1.3A = 6.5A needed for 5 packs 1C
