How To Make Goggles Work?

I really need some help from those smarter than myself. That is, "how to take a pair of Fatshark goggles and make them work with any racing quad". What do I need when it comes to equipment? Please be either general in nature or specific. For instance, let's say I have a set of FatShark V3's, what do I need in order to get the video picture back to me in real time. How do I set up a camera and goggles to make sure they work together?

Really, really appreciate any help your willing to provide to this self declared "Dummy". I did get a set of Goggles to work with a quad I built, but being 64 years old, I have forgotten what the hell I did.
