How to choose esc?

Hi, i have Hypetrain Freestyle 2306 2450KV Motor, i need esc recommendation for this motor.

As far as amps go, 30 would be sufficient. But what type of flying are you doing? Racers tend to use 4 in 1 ESCs for the weight savings whereas freestylers like 4 individual ESCs on the arms as they're easier to change out
