welcome Jaysrmc. there are plenty of good parallel chargers. I'm kinda old school (two Imax B6AC V2) but most good chargers will work.
just be careful that the batteries are inside .2 volts to each other and give them a few minutes to level voltage to each once you plug them in parallel before you start a charge. its not critical but if they aren't balanced to start with your charger does overtime work and charging takes longer.

Hay Jaysrmc welcome to the Hobby. Well first of all do buy a good charger it will help you in future as well and yes they can handle 4 lipo or More even if you are parallel charging at one time. I have added a picture of a charger just for reference.
Secondly before flying try practicing on some simulator like Liftoff or Velocity Drones you can check on web about them and try & learn to fly On Acro Mode.

Some good advice above regarding chargers and using a simulator. The only problems I’ve had with the wizards that I have were forever burning out esc’s and motors, mostly through my own stupidity. I have since upgraded the esc’s to 30A and invested in a set of quality motors. Haven’t had an issue since, also upgraded the camera on one of them to a RunCam split, upgraded the vtx to a better eachine unit and it’s certainly a better quad for it. The wizards are a good learning quad when set up correctly in betaflight although I quickly realised that my money was better spent on quality goggles, spare parts and ultimately a better quad. Thou shalt have a lot of fun in this hobby!

waiting for the simulator cable to come in. I read most do about 10 hours on the sim seems like a lot but will do. I am kinda bummed out that there are really no instructions with it. nothing on how setup controller or what the wizzard can and cant do, i did buy these goggles US$285.99 43% Eachine EV200D 1280*720 5.8G 72CH True Diversity FPV Goggles HD Port in 2D/3D Built-in DVR RC Toys & Hobbies from Toys Hobbies and Robot on banggood.com. can anyone tell me what esc's to upgrade to and what motors? I did order a wide angle lense and have a cam that is about the size of a die from a board game. mount to the to top so it just records. weighs less than 2.0g and records in 1080.
