Help with Eagle Tree Systems OSD

So i am trying to set up OSD with my fpv gear. I am using the eagle tress microvector, and cant seem to get it to work. Both my camera and transmitter are working, and something is transmitting, but its just a blank black screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Voltage going to the camera is 3.8 volts, which should be working as its a 3.6-5v camera.
