Hello,

I am trying to build my first quad but its not going to well. Basically I am not sure how to connect my FS-IA6 receiver to my flight controller (Racestar StarF3S 30A). Also I bought a FrySky XM+ to use but am I right in that it cannot connect to my Flysky FS-I6?

Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks.

Firstly, Racestar StarF3S 30A is not a flight controller, it's an ESC (electronic speed controller) so FS-I6 doesn't connect to it.

Second, correct. Frysky and Flysky are not compatible. Why do you want to try a different receiver when you have one that is made for your transmitter? If it's for sBus, Flysky makes receivers that have sBus and iBus signals

Thanks for your reply so would FlySky FS-A8S Receiver work with everything?
