FuriousFPV True-D V3.7 problems

So I just received my True-D V.3.7 and installed in the FatSharks and did the Calibrating (CAL) on it and the video was perfect but when after it's done CAL the video is crap. What am I doing wrong? I have followed the directions to the T..
