Hmmm, did you plug in wrong way? Is it still under warranty? Not sure about fixing but can probably get a new board.

It is a capacitor, numbered c5. If you can find a picture of a good board, Google should find the specs from the capacitor's label. It is probably the same as the one numbered c6 in that first picture. You can order a replacement from digikey or somewhere like that. Be sure the reacement has same physical measurements as well.
Yea I think that it is the same like c6, but I cant find it in google, in the first row is written exactly the same like on this one: 100 PCS/LOT SMD tantalum capacitor 476 a 47 uf 10 v type B 3528 3528 yellow bile capacitance polar-in Integrated Circuits from Electronic Components & Supplies on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group but in second row is: 39EE1, I dont know what those numbers means

So it looks like you need a 47uF 10V 10% cap, but I don't know what size you need. The one you linked seems pretty big. The size is given by a 4 digit code. Usually metric in 10ths of mm, so 3528 like those linked would measure 3.5mm by 2.8mm. Measure the good cap to see what size you need. Then you can find one on mouser.com or digikey.com.
