Budget transmitter and headset for a whoop

I am new to drone racing. I have a habit of throwing myself neck deep a bit earlier than I should and this is no different. I am looking for a spektrum transmitter and headset fairly cheap. I would like to keep both under a combined $200 but I'm flexible. I am registered for a whoop race later this month. I have been thinking of getting this but I am still unsure. A lot of guides I have found seem to be really outdated. If anyone experienced would be willing to point me in the right direction I would very greatly appreciate it.

I just got a Jumper T8SG multiprotocol great for all bnf models. About $90 plus I would go for the eachine ev800 goggles. All under $200

These seem to be very good options compared to what I was looking at previously. Would I need any upgrades to the goggle antennas to run with the quadcopter I mentioned earlier?

Always helps to get a better antenna. The stock ones aren’t brilliant. I always match rx and tx antennas.

Just looking back that has circular polarised antenna just get one for goggles. Just make sure it is same direction .
