4k at 30fps or 1080p at 120fps?

As it says above, which would be be better? I got an Apeman Action Camera and pretty new to the hobby, did have the camera out of the hard case and held down with a battery strap and blue tac, it has been obliterated by a prop 2 days after getting it so didn’t have a chance too test it out... but i luckily have another on the way.

I’ll accept the weight sacrifice and mount it next time ?
