Most likely separate my fc has a pdb in it and what size cap should i use

Was going to go with separate escs cause my fc has a pdb but if I wanted to go with a 4 in 1 how would I wire that? Dont all 4in1 esc come with a pdb?

Should I do it using betaflight or controlled while in betaflight

I start the qaud on a 4s I start to hover and right when I do a small throttle punch up it flips out like crazy. So any decent to big throttle movement it will flip out I'll try and get a video of it today

Got the receiver issue figured out did not set the channels in the transmitter lol changed a wav that wasn't lighting up got three motors to work now one doesn't with esc blinks blue light.

So I'm building a new 180mm mainly want it for freestyle but still want some power can any one give me suggestions on what motors esc vtx ect p.s. still very new to this so bare with me . Thanks in advance!!
