RSSI IS showing 8 to 9%

Okay here is my problem. The value shown in my fatshark denominator v2 goggles is 8 or 9 most of the time. The bars are full. And also in betaflight it also shows 8 or 9. So it is showing a percentage just the wrong setting, I think. It is showing 8% to 9% instead of 88% to low 90's%. I am...

I am going to re flash the firmware on the FC. When I did it before there was 2 Cl_Racing f4 firmwares. Which one to use, I did not see f4s
